Dabei sollte die Weiterentwicklung von Curricula mehr sein als das blo\u00dfe Umschreiben von Studien- und Pr\u00fcfungsordnungen. Curriculumentwicklung sollte vielmehr als ein hochschulweiter Ver\u00e4nderungsprozess verstanden werden, der sich in einer ver\u00e4nderten Lehr-\/Lern- und Pr\u00fcfungskultur niederschl\u00e4gt. Curricula als akademische Inhalte und Strukturen pr\u00e4gen die Identit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t von Hochschulen. Damit ist Curriculumentwicklung als Instrument der Organisations- und Strategieentwicklung zu verstehen. Das <strong>Auftaktwebinar<\/strong> der Veranstaltungsreihe gibt einen Einstieg in das Thema Curriculumentwicklung aus Perspektive der Organisationsentwicklung und beleuchtet die Rolle von Unterst\u00fctzungsstrukturen in diesem Prozess.<\/p>\n<p>Die Referent*innen geben zwei Impulse mit bis zu 15 Minuten Dauer. Danach haben alle Teilnehmenden die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Fragen an die Referent*innen via Zoom-Chat zu stellen und so mit ihnen zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Veranstaltungsreihe ist eine Kooperation von dem\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.che.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHE Centrum f\u00fcr Hochschulentwicklung<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0und dem\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hfd.phee.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hochschulforum Digitalisierung<\/a><\/strong>.
