[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Train-the-Trainer program of the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung and the FernUniversit\u00e4t in Hagen offers multipliers the opportunity to develop their own internal networking and\/or qualification measures and to be accompanied and supported in this process.<\/b><\/p>\n

Applications are open to employees in centralized and decentralized support structures for digitization in teaching and learning who carry out strategic networking and\/or qualification measures for teachers at their universities. <\/b>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”11969″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Currently, the 2023 Train-the-Trainer program is underway.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to achieve a sustainable change in teaching towards New Learning, students, teachers and employees from administration and support structures must be qualified accordingly and the necessary competencies must be built up in the university. The HFD and the FernUni Hagen have gained valuable experience in recent years and have entered into a cooperation with the Train-the-Trainer program to pass this on. The train-the-trainer program is intended to support and accompany multipliers in central and decentralized support structures in the implementation of new qualification and networking measures within the university or across the association.<\/span><\/p>\n

The train-the-trainer program is modular. Each module consists of a self-study phase, a consultation session, independent further work on the concept and subsequent peer exchange with participants from other universities. Participants are provided with learning materials and frameworks for each module. In addition, you will receive feedback from the HFD and AI Campus experts, as well as the other participants, upon completion of each module. As part of the train-the-trainer program, participants learn various formats for self-organized work as well as learning in networks. You decide on one of these formats or a mixed format and develop your own internal university or association-wide networking and\/or qualification measures and have the opportunity to develop these further in small teams. Based on this, they independently derive ideas for implementation. After active and successful participation, the participants created a project plan and took the first steps towards implementation.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n
