In general, and here in particular, moving with the times is crucial to continue guaranteeing good teaching and learning. What approaches have already been thought up and tested and what opportunities are available, or what challenges this discipline in particular is facing in connection with digitally supported, will be examined by the DiF working group on mechanical engineering from the different perspectives of the status groups of the universities.
