All submissions should follow the provided template and be submitted via the <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/account\/signin.cgi?key=82365936.KAZDRGXwMEYL7nJU\">submission system<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decision notification<\/strong> will be issued <strong>by 8 March 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3:<\/strong> Authors of accepted papers are given the opportunity to revise their submissions based on r<strong>eviewers\u2019 feedback by 5 April 2019<\/strong>. Both short and long papers will be published in the proceedings.
