Der Freistaat Th\u00fcringen stellt im Doppelhaushalt 2018\/2019 insgesamt 400.000 Euro f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des Programms bereit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Die Digitalisierung ver\u00e4ndert die Art und Weise, wie Hochschulen in der Lehre Wissen vermitteln und in der Forschung neue Erkenntnisse generieren&#8221;, sagte Th\u00fcringens Wissenschaftsminister Wolfgang Tiefensee. &#8220;Mit neuen Ans\u00e4tzen wie dem Fellowship-Programm &#8216;Digitale Lehre&#8217;&nbsp;wollen wir bei diesem Thema auf der H\u00f6he der Zeit bleiben.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Digitale Medien m\u00fcssen k\u00fcnftig noch selbstverst\u00e4ndlicher im H\u00f6rsaal eingesetzt werden&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rte Andreas Schl\u00fcter, Generalsekret\u00e4r des Stifterverbandes. &#8220;Daf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigen wir Lehrinnovationen in allen Studienf\u00e4chern. Au\u00dferdem muss die Digitalisierung in der Lehre verankert werden. Diesen notwendigen Prozess in der Hochschullehre wollen der Stifterverband und der Freistaat Th\u00fcringen mit dem gemeinsamen Programm vorantreiben.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bei den Fellowships handelt es sich um individuelle, personengebundene F\u00f6rderungen, die den Lehrenden Freir\u00e4ume und Ressourcen f\u00fcr digitale Lehrinnovationen verschafft. Damit k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel&nbsp;Mitarbeiterstellen, technische Voraussetzungen, Qualifizierungs-, Coaching- und Vernetzungsangebote sowie Lehrdeputatsreduktionen finanziert werden. Die Stipendien sind auf ein Jahr befristet. Eine Jury aus Lehrenden und Studierenden unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen, Experten f\u00fcr digitale Hochschullehre und Vertreter der Hochschuldidaktik, w\u00e4hlt die besten Konzepte aus. Es werden bis zu zehn Fellowships f\u00fcr Innovationen in der digitalen Hochschullehre in Th\u00fcringen vergeben. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stifterverband.org\/digital-lehrfellows-thueringen\">Hier finden Sie alle weiteren Informationen und den Ausschreibungstext.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Das Fellowship-Programm ist Bestandteil der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrk-thueringen.de\/fileadmin\/Downloads\/Allgemeines\/20171215_Digitalisierungsstrategie_Thuer_Hochschulen_signed.pdf\">Th\u00fcringer Strategie zur Digitalisierung im Hochschulbereich<\/a>, die das Wissenschaftsministerium gemeinsam mit den Hochschulen entwickelt hat. F\u00fcr ihre Umsetzung stellt der Freistaat im Doppelhaushalt 2018\/2019 insgesamt 2,2 Millionen Euro bereit. Die Digitalstrategie f\u00fcr die Hochschulen umfasst insgesamt f\u00fcnf Handlungsfelder: Digitale Hochschullehre, Digitalisierte Forschungsprozesse, Open Access, Wissenstransfer und Digitale Infrastruktur.
