Bei der Er\u00f6ffnung des Global Learning Council (GLC) Summits<\/a> am heutigen Donnerstag in Berlin wurden Eckpfeiler f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche digitale Transformation von Bildung vorgestellt. Das Konsenspapier ist das Ergebnis des Dialogs zwischen GLC und den diesj\u00e4hrigen Kooperationspartnern.  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Die zweit\u00e4gige Konferenz steht unter dem Motto “Paving the way for the digital future” und findet zum ersten Mal in Europa statt. Internationale Expert(inn)en und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft, sowie kommerzielle Bildungsanbieter tauschen sich \u00fcber Erfahrungen zum digitalen Lernen aus und verst\u00e4ndigen sich \u00fcber neue Richtlinien und Standards. Im Programm<\/a> wird die ganze Bildungskette von fr\u00fchkindlicher Bildung \u00fcber Hochschul- bis Erwachsenenbildung abgedeckt. Die Empfehlungen des \u201cBerlin Consensus: Cornerstones of a Successful Digital Transformation of Education\u201d<\/a> sollen die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Diskussionen bilden.<\/p>\n

\"GLC<\/p>\n

Das Konsenspapier ist in f\u00fcnf zentrale Bereiche gegliedert, die jeweils kurz er\u00f6rtert werden und von spezifischen Handlungsempfehlungen und zu beachtenden \u00dcberlegungen f\u00fcr Praktikter(innen), F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften aus Bildungs- und Technologieentwicklung und Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger(inne)n begleitet werden. Dabei soll kein bestimmter Bildungsbereich adressiert werden, sondern es geht vielmehr um Kernelemente entlang der gesamten Bildungskette. <\/p>\n

Der Themenbereich “Mindset and Skills” fordert eine langfristige Bewusstseins\u00e4nderung der relevanten Stakeholder, den Willen zum Wandel, Offenheit gegen\u00fcber Kreativit\u00e4t, Agilit\u00e4t sowie andere F\u00e4higkeiten. Curricula sollen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberdacht und aktualisiert werden, um aktuelle Entwicklungen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und Absolvent(innen) mit den f\u00fcr das 21. Jahrhundert n\u00f6tigen Kompetenzen auszustatten.<\/p>\n

Das Schl\u00fcsselelement “Structures” betrifft die Informationsumgebung und Netzwerke. Technische und personelle Infrastruktur sollen ineinandergreifen und einer ganzheitlichen Strategie folgend zusammenarbeiten. Des weiteren werden Universit\u00e4ten und Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger(innen) dazu angeregt, einen m\u00f6glichst offenen Zugang zu Information, Lernmaterial und Bildung zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n

Neue Rollen und \u00fcberholte Konzepte<\/h3>\n

Um das p\u00e4dagogische Verst\u00e4ndnis von Lernen geht es im Kapitel “Drivers and Enablers”. P\u00e4dagogische Konzepte m\u00fcssten \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden, da sich die Zielgruppe vergr\u00f6\u00dfert und ver\u00e4ndert, sowie eine andere Interaktion zwischen Lehrenden und Lernenden stattfindet. Vermittlung soll den Empfehlungen zufolge evidenzbasiert stattfinden und digitalen Medien nicht un\u00fcberlegt Vorrang einr\u00e4umen. Gleichzeitig werden traditionelle Bildungseinrichtungen durch neue (private) Anbieter in ihrem Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell herausgefordert und m\u00fcssen dieses anpassen, sowie neue Kooperationen eingehen.<\/p>\n

Der “Digital Divide” zwischen Generationen und globalen Regionen ist eine der Herausforderungen, die im Kernelement “Opportunities and Challenges” aufgegriffen werden. Digitale Kompetenzen werden als Chance betrachtet, grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Wissensaustausch zu betreiben und als “Global Citizen” zu Ideen, Information und geteilten Werten beitragen zu k\u00f6nnen. Eine andere gro\u00dfe Herausforderung d\u00fcrfte die Investition der Staaten in die entsprechende Infrastruktur sein. St\u00e4ndig verk\u00fcrzte Innovationszyklen und schnell veraltendes Wissen verlangen zudem angepasstes und selbstgesteuertes Lernen.
\nNicht nur Lernformen \u00e4ndern sich, sondern auch Rollen von Lehrenden und Lernenden, was Gegenstand des Kapitels “New Pedagogic Teaching Concepts and Scientific Evidence” ist. Peer-to-Peer-learning, Peer-to-Peer-Assessment und Tutoring sind Lernkonzepte, die durch digitale Hilfsmittel erm\u00f6glicht werden. Kollaboratives und personalisiertes Lernen sollen Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr die digitalisierte Welt sein und Lernenden ihren Bed\u00fcrfnissen entsprechend f\u00f6rdern. Big Data und Learning Analytics wird dabei eine wichtige Bedeutung beigemessen. <\/p>\n
