Die Publikation zeigt, wie Hochschulen strategische, didaktische und infrastrukturelle Herausforderungen im Umgang mit KI konkret angehen \u2013 und welche Trends, Kontroversen und L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze sich im system\u00fcbergreifenden Austausch abzeichnen.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Mit dem erstmals durchgef\u00fchrten KI-Lab 2025 hat das Hochschulforum Digitalisierung ein neues kollaboratives Format etabliert, das Vertreter:innen aus Hochschulleitung, Verwaltung, Didaktik und Fachbereichen zusammenbringt, um strategische und operative Herausforderungen im Umgang mit KI zu bearbeiten. Der nun ver\u00f6ffentlichte Blickpunkt <em data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1010\">Lessons from the LAB<\/em> dokumentiert Ergebnisse, methodische Zug\u00e4nge sowie zentrale Einsichten aus der intensiven <strong>Peer-Arbeit<\/strong> und <strong>kollegiale Fallberatung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Publikation zeigt, dass sich viele Hochschulen derzeit im \u00dcbergang vom Experimentieren zur Institutionalisierung befinden. Einblicke in vier zentrale Themencluster \u2013 <strong>Infrastruktur &amp; Zugang, strategische Steuerung, Kompetenzentwicklung sowie Lehre und Pr\u00fcfungen<\/strong> \u2013 verdeutlichen, wo Hochschulen aktuell Strategien entwickeln, wo Kontroversen entstehen und welche L\u00f6sungsmodelle sich abzeichnen. Erg\u00e4nzt wird dies durch ein praxisorientiertes <strong>KI-Reifegradmodell<\/strong>, das im Lab erprobt wurde und Hochschulen als Orientierung f\u00fcr Selbstverortung und Weiterentwicklung dient.
